1. The password reset function is useless.App freezes on splash screen and I can't access or add new points.. they only give you two days to scan the points in and I've tried to open the app over that time.
2. I just saw an ad for another special today but these issues give me pause to going again.couldn't sign in..reset password doesnt work either.. I had to use another phone to create a new account (so I lost all my previous points).
3. Since the restaurant's rewards system is tied to their app, it's disappointing to find the app to be unresponsive with no other way to redeem your points, especially when you have a two day period to claim them (via the QR code on your receipt).
4. My password didn't work!? Tried to reset.
5. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.Ever since I updated the app, i'm unable to sign in or reset my password.
