1. Endless * tedious and trivial sports news (when it works) puled from crappy sources, that I cannot turn off ftaking over the real news/my main headlinesgeneral topics section.

2. It shouldn't do that because it destroys my other widget layouts leaving a huge void for what would have been 8-10 news line items.

3. There needs to be a more diverse range of views on a news subject to create a balance rather than risk a bias.Purchased NRP pro months ago, based on the free versions good work.

4. I hope this feedback doesn't feel hostile, I still love the app, but it's not working well -currently-.I really hate the widget! It always collapses to a one liner title bar (Top stories) with nothing to display when you're offline, when there are connectivity problems, when actively refreshing content, & even when just scrolling down, while you're ONLINE.

5. One small complaint... by default the app is using news sources which require a subscription.

6. Edit: app appears to be abandoned and thus functionality has been hindered, such as filtering sources and widget loading issues.

1. Fix News Reader Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart News Reader Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the News Reader Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "News Reader Pro" » Open News Reader Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for News Reader Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear News Reader Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from News Reader Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "News Reader Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check News Reader Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, News Reader Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall News Reader Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall News Reader Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing News Reader Pro not working

2. Fix News Reader Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make News Reader Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to News Reader Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, News Reader Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
