You cannot sort items by price (unavailable option so you cannot tell which item is cheapest), neither sort prices by price range (even if the option exists it doesn't work) and prices are up to 3 and 4 times more expensive than Amazon with no explanation of the huge pricing.Price changes app issue.

2. It just crashes on everything, I can't even make an order cause of that reason.One of the worst online stores that I have come across., first of all they charge you three times the price of the product compare to Amazon.

3. I am uninstalling this useless app for sure.AVOID THIS APP! Horrible experience, item delivery delayed for 2 weeks until day.

4. Maximum 7 daysAfter 4 weeks waiting for my order, and 4 follow ups with support in which each time I was assured my order is on the way, i was informed that the shipper couldnt ship my order.

5. I ordered one Nestle project,, one day after that they sent me an email saying it is not available however offered me same product in twice the amount as an alternative product, of course that was twice in price as well.

6. with this socalled CHEAPER and FASTER delivery i recieved the deliver after 12 days and was charged 20% more than if i ordered with express delivery from amazon which arrives in 5 days.

7. But overall very very bad experience and I would try my best to avoid ordering through them in the future.Worst online shopping experience ever.

8. And at last they cancel order after 5 days and have to wait to up to 10 days more to get my money back and begin ordering again.

9. Let's say that you liked an item written 40$ when you click to check it, I was shocked that the price was increased by 20$.

10. Update: After contacting support, I wanted to edit my review from one star to zero but unfortunately not possible.As an app and service it is good.

1. Restart desertcart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the desertcart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "desertcart" » Open desertcart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for desertcart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear desertcart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from desertcart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "desertcart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check desertcart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, desertcart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall desertcart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall desertcart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing desertcart not working

2. Fix desertcart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make desertcart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to desertcart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, desertcart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
