1. Its one thing if it happens once but literally everytime and nothing is done to fix the issue? Don't bother with dayforce.I love it but it does go in and out sometimes I get error messages saying unable to connect to server but it's not my wifi because I can login just fine on everything else i just tried to uninstall and re-download but im having same issues.

2. You get in the middle of signing up and it won't told a list of eligible employers are required to use app.love it, it's great for emergencies if you need to pay an unexpected bill or just need a few extra coins until payday.

3. So I am unable to use my card at certain ATMs , can't use to play poker online , and I can't add money to my card myself other than when my work deposits money on it.

4. Can't login keeps having me verify my identity, but once I enter the code, it just loads and then says can't connect to the server.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Day Issues

1. Fix Day Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Day: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Day App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Day" » Open Dayforce Wallet: On-demand Pay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Day » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dayforce Wallet: On-demand Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Day servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dayforce Wallet: On-demand Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Day app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Day might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Day. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Day then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Day not working


2. Fix Day Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Day be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Day not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Day may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
