1. What are we supposed to do during the winter months??!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! You gotta sign up and download the app just to walk in the darn store.....SMMFH... And peep this, you gotta pay $5 on top of every purchase that you make everytime you go in there and buy stuff.

2. What's up with that? It's a trash store selling trash stuff that no other places wanted.

3. Maybe they will improve, but for now, no thanks.Store is ridiculous! You cannot take your purse or jacket in the store.

4. AND THAT'S ON TOP OF YOUR PURCHASE!!!! The store is trash and their so-called merchandise is even trashier.

5. The app just says, 'logged in on another device.' Then I had to exchange the Z4 for another one...same problem.

6. Hesitant to go back bc I don't know what to expect... They're hurting themselves by being so confusing and appearing shady.Never heard of this place before today and wanted to learn more through the app.

7. By the time you get inside the first day, there is nothing but trash left.

8. Says I'm logged in with another device.

9. Crazy is right.Cannot migrate account to new device.

10. I wasn't told why I have to download the app and either a $5 daily pass or a $15 annual pass is required at checkout.

11. Very disorganized, but the store itself seems to embrace that image.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Crazy Cazboys Issues

1. Fix Crazy Cazboys Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Crazy Cazboys: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Crazy Cazboys App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crazy Cazboys" » Open Crazy Cazboys » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crazy Cazboys » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Crazy Cazboys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crazy Cazboys servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crazy Cazboys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Crazy Cazboys app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crazy Cazboys might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Crazy Cazboys. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crazy Cazboys then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crazy Cazboys not working


2. Fix Crazy Cazboys Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crazy Cazboys be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crazy Cazboys not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crazy Cazboys may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Okay!!! I bought a Membership in Jan 2022 at the Cazboys in Guntersville AL. Then Cazboys ended the membership 2 weeks after I purchased it. I was told by the Guntersville AL store manager that I needed to contact Cazboys via email for a refund. I wrote to Cazboys via email and at that time this was the reply I received.

    "Thank you for your inquiry into the ending of the Membership program at Crazy Cazboy's. Membership will no longer be required or sold past 01.21.22...
    “We have carefully noted each customer who renewed with us in January 2022, and we will have a customized benefit for those individuals in June 2022.”

    Well! June 2022 has gone and I have NOT received any refund for my 2022 membership, (which by-the-way was ridiculous that customers at the Guntersville AL location had to wait 6 months for a refund).
    I purchased a membership during the first week of Jan 2022 and a few weeks later Cazboys drops the requirement for membership fees. You have a right to cancel the membership and I have a right to get my 15 dollars back. Didn't you know that your policy for the year 2022 was going to change? So, Cazboys charged customers in the first few weeks of Jan 2022 and by the Jan 21st 2022 it cancelled the membership fees. Why didn't Cazboys notify customers in Dec of 2021. That would have been the logical and RIGHT thing to do, or better yet just don't charge any fees once the new year (2022) started. What is suspicious to me, is that, Cazboys closed down the Guntersville AL location prior to June 2022. So, it appears, that is why Cazboys delayed giving out refunds. Cazboys knew that they would be closing the Guntersville AL location before June 2022, so then Cazboys could just keep the money from the membership fees. Maybe, I am totally wrong but nonetheless it is still poor customer service and poor business management. In any case I would like my 15 dollars refunded to me.

  • I have been trying to login to my app and it keeps saying the account is already logged in on another device. My phone is the only device I have ever logged in on, there is no other device. How do I get back into my crazy cazboys app?
