If I go to my account in the app it takes me to the website and shows I need to sign up to be a member but that doesn't work either.I used to be able to use this on the regular basis to see the menu and see the progress of the world beer tour and other old Chicago's menus but every time I go to open this app now it automatically shuts down it can never get it open to use it anymore.Horrible app.

2. No point in making rewards if it never gets entered making me not want to go back and instead going places where I know the rewards will be counted.It won't work on my Samsung note 10, desperately needs an update.

3. Still very frustrating especially after I spend a lot of money and just want my account to stop disappearing.Not sure why OC even has an app if almost all of the options on the menu redirects to a webpage, which I have to login again.

4. I want to be able to scan my receipt for my rewards points.

5. Also, When I selected My account from the menu, the webpage said it was a broken link and to "press here" to go back to the homepage.

6. I want to see beer and pizza and complete menus and my accurate oc rewards on the app.

7. Almost everything is linked to website so if I click anything it just opens a link in my browse, making the whole app pointless.

8. No way to claim points unless you memorize your account number.

9. All app options take you to website which has zero info about your account.

10. Anytime you select anything other than the beer menu it boots you off the app and into your internet browser.

1. Fix Old Chicago Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Old Chicago: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Old Chicago App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Old Chicago" » Open Old Chicago » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Old Chicago » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Old Chicago app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Old Chicago servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Old Chicago" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Old Chicago app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Old Chicago might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Old Chicago. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Old Chicago then reinstall.
