Why should I report an Issue with Kosmos - Work Time Tracker, Job Timesheet?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. You'll be ready to go big time when there is cloud database functionality, 1 or 2 less colors in your logo/brand, regular attention: app crashes often upon wake from sleep [running Android 8.0 on OnePlus 3t] & listening to and responding to comments, will ensure longevity! Cheers to the continued development of a beautiful concept app.

2. Also the interface is not very practical, although it is fun.great app great concept but plz plz plz enable the portrait mode and it would be a life saver for me coz its very tedious (for me at least) to turn around my phone into landscape mode to use the app.

4. The stats stats are awful, looks not so great.Interesting idea, but lacks cloud sync or any other backup resource.

5. It would be easier if you could create the tasks in portrait view with all of the proper elements (see Taskito, MS ToDo, Todoist, etc.) Also should be easier to create tasks from emails, calendar events, and urls of pages and articles.

1. Fix Kosmos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kosmos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kosmos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kosmos" » Open Kosmos - Work Time Tracker, Job Timesheet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kosmos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kosmos - Work Time Tracker, Job Timesheet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kosmos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kosmos - Work Time Tracker, Job Timesheet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kosmos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kosmos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kosmos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kosmos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kosmos not working

2. Fix Kosmos Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kosmos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kosmos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kosmos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
