Why should I report an Issue with BabyBook Journal - Baby Tracker & Newborn Diary?

1. Also not inclusive! Only allows options for "mom and dad", no options for lgbtq or single parents... I also wasn't a fan of the fact that you have to imput time along with an entry, for example, cutting baby's nails: why must I put exactly long it took? Its not necessary at all and only complicates things.

2. We both need to have access and sync data.I think the app have some bugs when I want to create the event, it is not easy to set the date time because the calendar allways auto return to Today.

3. Also a search function for dates would be handy otherwise you have to scroll for a long time to find what you're looking for.Great potential! Lots of information options.

6. It starts counting.. This one doesn't.It's really helpful, now I can keep tracking my baby activities, check stats weekly, monthly.

7. Also, the holy grail would be to have an app where both mum and dad can update and sync from different phones.Looks like a pretty good app, though its hard to figure out how to edit items as easily as it describes.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open BabyBook Journal - Baby Tracker & Newborn Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BabyBook Journal - Baby Tracker & Newborn Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BabyBook Journal - Baby Tracker & Newborn Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
