CONCURGOV Customer Insights

1. Can't upload pictures of receipts above a fairly small file size-after spending way too much time just getting to the point of being able to use the app you get another slap in the face by not being able to upload receipts due to file size.Not working properly on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.

2. Attempting to upload receipts results in an error on my S20 Ultra and my S20FE every single time regardless of file type and/or format.

3. The home page only shows the "Authorizations", "Vouchers", and "Expenses" tabs and is lacking the "Stamp Documents", and others shown in the pictures of the application installing page.

4. This app is currently a waste of space.Terrible to do anything on this app!! Can't upload receipts, can't take picture to upload receipts! Just horrible.I can only look at my authorization, I can't edit anything.

5. Also can no longer upload receipts or search for travelIt used to work.

6. But in the last several months it stopped showing current authorizations or vouchers.

7. It shows no Auth, no Vouchers, can't upload reciepts.

8. It's never been very good, only useful to check status of authorizations or vouchers.

9. Can't create vouchers on the app-must be done on website prior struggling with a poor app.

10. Not sure what happened, but my current and prior trips and info won't load.

11. Here is a list of some of the current issues with this app.. Had to delete app and reinstall just to be able to sign in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CONCURGOV Issues

1. Fix CONCURGOV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CONCURGOV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CONCURGOV App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CONCURGOV" » Open CONCURGOV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CONCURGOV » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CONCURGOV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CONCURGOV servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CONCURGOV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CONCURGOV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CONCURGOV might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CONCURGOV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CONCURGOV then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CONCURGOV not working


2. Fix CONCURGOV Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CONCURGOV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CONCURGOV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CONCURGOV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
