1. Why are you showing my account balance on the home screen? I use it when I'm out to transfer money to friends or to tap pay with my phone, I don't want my balance to be in full display! The home customisation is BS, it won't even allow me to remove the account balance display.
2. Don't get me wrong, keep crushing it with those features, I have no issues with the functionality.The home screen layout and personalisation in the new update is garbage.
3. App appears to meet basic functional requirements but I don't want to spend any more time exploring as it's painful to look at.The new app design has worse user experience.
4. Also seem to have had an issue with one direct debit payment only taking a portion of the regular amount despite there being adequate funds in my account to take the full fee.
5. The payment categories system keeps malfunctioning and not applying category changes to payments when I'm trying to organise my account.
6. Even NAB's app lets you have a preferred name! Get with the program! 🙄Every time I open the app, there's a long delay after pressing "log on" before it opens the finger print reader.
7. I just want to say that after the recent update and 'New Look', the experience whilst using the app has felt incredibly marketed and forced.
8. It has unnecessary information bars that you can not get rid of, a search bar that takes up the width of the screen, instead of a little button in the corner.
9. Please update the colour scheme or allow for it to be selectable by the user.
10. If logged in, log off was right there on that screen, no need to click into profile.
11. That's what the new UI looks like, was it designed by a bank manager? You've tried cramming too many things in and the design elements you've used don't even match in a visually appealing way.
