1. Would definitely recommend this firm.Really good app quick and easy to use.SkyLine is reliable with good management skills, good customer services, the drivers are well cooperative, polite,a team of professionals.Great support from team when I had tech issues with the app.

It's VERY annoying that the credit card option has recently ceased to function, with drivers requesting cash or payment via SMS - however that is supposed to work! l still have the card option ticked & the card itself is valid but - no go!UPDATE 18.06.23 - Still crashes when you try to authorise payment.

3. I am at Euston and want to book a train from Wolverton station but after entering all the details, the option to confirm the booking is greyed out.Fast and efficient service.

8. Tired of this.Still fails to authenticate payments, proceeds to crash and close after you confirm it through your banking app, the app team have known about this for a few months now and are still yet to fix it.

9. The app is useful but a bit fiddly and it's too easy accidentally to book an immediate pickup when intending to book ahead.

1. Fix Skyline Taxis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skyline Taxis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skyline Taxis App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skyline Taxis" » Open Skyline Taxis » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skyline Taxis » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skyline Taxis app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skyline Taxis servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skyline Taxis" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skyline Taxis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skyline Taxis might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skyline Taxis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skyline Taxis then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skyline Taxis not working

2. Fix Skyline Taxis Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skyline Taxis be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skyline Taxis not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skyline Taxis may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
