1. I've messed around with the settings, but no change.This app is good! BUT... I dont really recommend it because when your going to call someone all it shows for u is the picture you chose for the call background and the "Hang up" button so if u wanted to put the call on hold or put it on speaker phone or even mute urself we'll then you can't! This app does work and u do actual see the background u put on but like I said that only thing you can see is that 'Hangup' button!So I don't really recommend this app!Sorry about that!I am just being honestDoesn't work...... Nothing but a blank screen when opening the app and clicking on anything.

2. When the phone rings,you have to open the phone before answering the phone call.. The ads even make the situation even worse.. Bad appIt was well and i realy like it It so cool i got interested to lot of themes and i downloaded it to use it as my call screen and am gonna keep downloading it as well.I realy love the themes of this app am sure you people gonna like it more and download it.

3. It takes you to an ad, and once you click off of the ad its just a blank screen !Oh, the app works alright, no doupt about that, but whats the deal with receiving calls? My phone doesnt ring when someone calls! Whats the point of having a beatiful call screen if you cant even hear your phone ring? I mean seriously! Do you know how many missed calls I've had for the last few days?would you mind taking a look at your app please?Terrible.

4. To confirm, I downloaded this and was on the latest version.This is not good! It will show what you getting when you push apply, after you push apply then they want you to keep rating the app and it will not apply the theme that I want, I keep going over it too many times, so it do not deserve five stars! They trying to make you give them five stars when it's not worth it, why Force somebody to give you five stars when the app is not doing what it's supposed to do?!! And you have way too many advertisementThis app is a waste of data and energy.

5. It so coolt trust me i expressed a lot on itThis app needs more features like speaker mode,record ,mute,etc for better experience because these features are also needed during a call.I think it should be updated with thes featuresThis app is so cool! I love it.

6. Uhm.....There are many different kind of themes in there so i chose 1 and i downloaded it to use it as my call screen.

7. I loaded it up and after been forced to watch 5 adverts, followed by a screen with only the option of downloading tik tok, decided to uninstall it as it never even let me select a screen to use.

8. Love it when it works properly! Seems like I have to set as default , then it seems my other apps theme launchers, etc...have problems.

1. Fix Call Screen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call Screen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call Screen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call Screen" » Open Call Screen : Caller Theme » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call Screen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call Screen : Caller Theme app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call Screen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call Screen : Caller Theme" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call Screen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call Screen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call Screen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call Screen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call Screen not working

2. Fix Call Screen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call Screen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call Screen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call Screen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
