I tried to purchase $10 worth OF biTCOIN AND THEY said transaction cannot be completed.no privacy *unsure why you want to get punched but sure I'll elaborate, the whole point of crypto is privacy, you're going to have to present multiple photos of a government ID to be able to use this service but the ATM will gladly accept your money before you find this out up to several hundred dollars so it can quickly become too late to get your money back even if you'd vastly prefer to opt out once you're aware of this.
2. I am no longer going to use this app because I am tired of always losing large amounts of money I even sent money back to my bank and never received it.I made a deposit with my debit card two weeks ago, and the money ($15.55) has still not been applied to my account.

4. Bybye app! Update: How is it possible to have a ticket number if your company won't even reach out to me and respond? Doesn't matter anyway I'm using a different app/company that works quite well.It seems I am always losing my Bitcoin when completing a transaction.
5. BE CAREFUL!!Find another way! This app has unlinked my phone number from my account and I cannot login to my account after having already converted my money.

1. Fix Coinme Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Coinme: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

- Clear Coinme: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coinme servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coinme: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Coinme app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coinme might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Coinme. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coinme then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coinme not working

- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coinme be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coinme may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
