Why should I report an Issue with Plantify: AI Plant Identifier?

1. The reason why I'm writing this review is that the reminder to water plants doesn't tell me which plant needs to be watered!! Please fix this and I'll be happy to update to 4 stars.Overall the identifoer is very good, but I wouldn't say the full version is really worth it... It just gives very basic and general treatments from the diagnosis, not all of them are even close to bein accurate from what the plant may really have.

2. Barely got to try it, so maybe it works better than the 50% accuracy rate it had with the plants I did use it for, but who would pay $10 a week for an app they barely got to try out? It's so overpriced for what it is, and they know that, so they trick people into paying for it by giving a 3 day free trial, but charging you on day 2.Information on plants from pictures you take are very general.

3. You get about 10 trys before being required to purchase the pro version which at $40 per year is pricey for an app that doesn't do what it was created for.Only 3 stars because the app did not properly identify most entries, all of which are common garden plants.

4. Honestly for the 3 whole plants and 5 whole minutes I used it, it was one of the better plant identifiers out there! But you can only add/identify 3 plants and can't diagnose anything with our paying $7 a week or $40 for the year.

5. Just expected more accuracy for a paid app.The identifier is pretty descent but the health info is AWEFUL it tells you the same thing on each plant and all of them are supposedly sick from watering regardless.

6. Sometimes it says stuff like could be overwatering or could be too dry... Or could be bugs when it has none... I thought it would give more accurate steps as to what to do to treat plants... Not worth the purchase.

7. So I have no idea if it will be better or not or worth it or not.The identify feature is super helpful to confirm what kind of plants I'm dealing with.

8. For example, if a plant lacks water, it reports it as 2-3 separate generic problems.

9. Good identifier.They want to charge for this service!More than 75% of the plants I scanned came up completely wrong.

10. I paid for the subscription which I'm sure I can't get back but I did it because the identifier was ok and couldnt even test the health part unless I paid subscription /;This app is not worth the money.

11. *It does nothing like the advertisement telling you to add sugar or lemon to plant or to trim problematic leaves or to leave them be.... Nothing!*I was hopeful that this app would work better than the others, but still searching.

1. Fix Plantify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plantify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plantify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plantify" » Open Plantify: AI Plant Identifier » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plantify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plantify: AI Plant Identifier app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plantify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plantify: AI Plant Identifier" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plantify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plantify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plantify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plantify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plantify not working

2. Fix Plantify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plantify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plantify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plantify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
