1. i tried changing the colors of everything, but everything was still pitch black.It's simply terrible! Every pixel you move the app takes a minute to think in what to do... I mean, on my Chromebook this app is just a web shortcut... I think that would be better if they really create an app that's optimized for Chromebook, because this is such a good editor, I use it on my work with a Windows laptop.Would give negative stars if possible.At first The interface Looked good and was easy to use, then I spent hours making a YouTube video and then it crashed and deleted all my progress.I spent another few hours getting back what I lost.

2. Clipchamp is a really simple but good editor! I've been using it for a while to edit videos for my youtube channel.

3. So i think the ability to freeze the timeline so it cant shift left and right would be good.I love it and have been using it for a lpong time, I love it's free, easy, I just wished for two things, 1.

4. I got two short videos out of it but now it wont load anything at all.It's a fairly decent video editor for Chromebook video editor standards, at least, when it actually works properly.

5. I am incredibly dissapointed.horrible. every time i added a text or selected a template nothing would show up when i tried to see the "progress" i got done and none of the stuff i did was there except for a black screen.

6. Thanks for the opprtunity to review your app, clipchamp!This is a pretty decent app, its not perfect and theres alot of things that can be added but all in all its a nice way to edit videos.

7. Not only does it crash constantly, it fails exporting halfway through, does not properly play back footage, and cannot handle having more than two different files in a video.

8. Also, there aren't many transitions that I like so I'd appreciate it if there were more transitions! This app could use a lot of improvement, but I see a lot of potential! I would recommend this to anyone that likes simple things :)It was okay, i subscribe to the $18.99 a month.

9. then I tried to save my progress,It's spent 30 minutes loading then crashed and deleted My progress again.

10. My computer sounds like an airplane trying to take off as it attempts to deal with this program that doesn't work.

11. The best feature was how you can scan a code with your phone to move the videos over, but it didn't let like 12 minute videos go over.

1. Fix Clipchamp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clipchamp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clipchamp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clipchamp" » Open Clipchamp - Video Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clipchamp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Clipchamp - Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clipchamp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clipchamp - Video Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clipchamp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clipchamp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clipchamp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clipchamp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clipchamp not working

2. Fix Clipchamp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clipchamp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clipchamp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clipchamp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
