1. I'm SO happy with iHeart radio for this app.I was so excited that there was a free music app that had good songs, but it's SO glitchy! I play a song for five seconds and it stops! Can't listen to the music 😭 I would even pay for a premium addition, if it had more songs, games, or podcasts and wasn't so glitchy! Please fix! It would make me so happy!It's great game but the only things that are annoying is 1 u can't change songs without switching Playlists back and forth, 2 u can't search songs its just a bunch of Playlists.

2. There are so many different genres of music, stories and podcasts! There are Disney songs, country music, sing-alongs, fun podcasts, Kids Bop and even lullibies, and much more! The great part about this is the everything is completly kid friendly! The only issue that I have had with this app is that sometimes the music randomly pauses and I have go into the app and restart the music.

3. GET IT IF YOUT KIDS WANT A MUSIC APP BUT YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO HEAR BAD WORDS IN THEM!!!!I usually love this app for Christmas music and have used it for 3 years, but for some reason this year it doesn't work very well.

4. after two years of absalutly loving it, i finally discovered what the catch is on why you are free.... after two years you start to slow down, you stop playing music constantly less and less until eventually you only play for 40 minutes or so then you stop.

5. I would like my son to be able to continue to use this app so my hope is that this problem gets fixed, especially since he loves rock.We use this every year for the North Pole radio, but we also use it for other music throughout the year.

1. Restart iHeartRadio Family: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iHeartRadio Family App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iHeartRadio Family" » Open iHeartRadio Family » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iHeartRadio Family » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iHeartRadio Family app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iHeartRadio Family servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iHeartRadio Family" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iHeartRadio Family app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iHeartRadio Family might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iHeartRadio Family. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iHeartRadio Family then reinstall.
