1. Who on earth approved this update, and why? Please give me the option to revert back to the previous interface/ layout so I can do my banking without frustration.New interface is horrible.
2. For the people having a hard time figuring out how to e-transfer and pay bills, those are in a menu that pops up by clicking the hamburger menu in the top left corner on the screen.The new design is just terrible!!! Cannot express my frustration.
3. Simply not a good user interface! While other apps want you to have a better user interaction, with all this click-scroll in this app, it's clear that's not what CIBC had in mind.
4. Hopefully enough people will also hate this and you'll go back to the drawing board and re-think the design.It was a great app until they changed the interface.
5. I gave 2 stars because the features are great but overall it is not easy to read, so it's not very user-friendly.I rarely leave a review for an app, but this new interface is absolute garbage.
6. Please return my old interface or provide us the option to switch from Modern, classic or COMPACT interface.
7. Time to move to TD...The new changes are terrible and I absolutely HATE this new format! If I could revert back to the old version I would.
8. I now have to switch to the deskrop web version as it is absolutely impossible to navigate in a new layout.
9. The credit score function, for example, instead of having it on the main page, now you have to click top-left, scroll down, click again and find out it's not even working.
10. Please, change everything back, listen to your clients!Have the latest version of the app, yet I do not understand why a mobile app does not appear to be mobile compatible.
11. Add it as a feature to switch to to give users the power of keeping the old interface.
