Also, the temperature for each load needs to be added in the app.When you try to search a load, app closed immediately.App works fine for me haven't had any problems using the appThis app dont track..it keeps me at base which is the worst ..because it won't track right..I have reported it ..I was told it is working for everyone else..feel so cheated 😕Picked up a load from Niagara SC to unnfi in sarasota, had a few issues along the way, ended up late for my delivery on the 9th midnight.

They are cool for the most part, but be careful they will not be on your side when it hits the fan!This app has a bug that needs immediate attention2021.. and still in November 2022 it still has a bug.. February 2023 app won't open for hours to allow load searchCrashed my internet connection on the phone! I went to give feedback through the app.

3. This is quite frustrating because if you click on a load that is 10 or 15 loads down so that you can see the details of the load when you come back to the main screen it takes you all the way back to the top of the listing and you have to scroll down and find the load again.

4. If this is and to the app, the app would be A++++.Obviously the app has been updated to a new format... it automatically reset to the top of the listing if you're looking at a particular group available loads.

5. I have to factory reset my phone thanks to the corrupt app by CH.Great App ! B +++ The only thing the app is missing, is a way for the Dispatcher to separate rates from low to high.

6. Since then phone connection has been dropping and the phone has become slow.

7. Update: Notifications have been turned on yet I fail to receive any type of push notification.

8. If something looks off, we contact the client for a load to be updated.

9. Another time I was held up by the shipper for almost nine hours! They immediately paid detention only to refuse to pay my factoring company almost 5 months after.

10. As soon as i hit send and it said sent, i got a screen with error codes, my internet connection dropped.

11. If you do they can't do something as simple as book a load.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Navisphere Carrier Issues
