GET Customer Insights

1. While I'm taking the time to write this review, let me rattle off a few more things that make this app bad: - no searching, only scrolling - icons, options, and menus will sometimes disappear/turn invisible - if you lock your phone/put it to sleep, you lose all progress in placing an order - long loading screen as soon as you boot the app - long loading screen after you put in your pin - buffers for a long time after each selection - useless favorites function - scrolling for time selection is clunky - text gets cut off if a description/title is too long and is unreadable I have no choice but to use this app on my college campus, but if you can opt out of using it, or get's service generally, I would urge you to do so.Honestly, it sucks, but it could be worse.

2. Button presses still take forever to actually go through and the "scan card" function takes a good 30 seconds to show up, leaving me standing awkwardly at the register waiting with my food.Thank the developers for finding a workaround for the blue screen, not using fingerprint lets the app work normally.

3. This might make sense if the cart function worked, but after having tried to place multiple orders in my cart, I found that only the most recent order actually gets placed.

4. Simply doesn't work, not worth the storage space on your phone... EDIT 1: Finally started working somewhat, but now it shows that the businesses are *always* closed, when they clearly aren't.App is unnecessarily slow as a result of some of the worst programming I have ever seen.

5. The simple appearance and design give false hope that the app will run smoothly, whereas in reality it takes a full thirty seconds of loading to tell you to pull up a selection of one(1) available options.

6. It takes about 5-10 minutes for each page to load, at which point, if you do get through to ordering, it either crashes or pops up with an error claiming you need to check with your card provider (despite never putting in a card).

7. Perhaps the most egregious waste of time is, after selecting your order, having to add it to your cart.

8. Very unimpressed, yet here I am, since it is the only way to order food ahead on campus. The app is extremely buggy, has a clunky interface, crashes, and has non-deterministic behavior.

9. Hopefully this can get fixed.I need to use this to prepare for college, but it's not working after "Search all institutions." Dude, FIX YOUR APP! PLEASE!!! 🙏 I have already tried installing and uninstalling the app THREE TIMES!It won't even let me sign in.

10. So why does the cart function exist? It's not just bad because its broken, its bad because its broken and it's a required detour you have to make to place your order.

11. Can't sign into Notre Dame portal on Galaxy Z Fold 3 because the portal is too zoomed in on the top left and doesn't have the option to navigate or zoom out.
