When all is needed is location Information and time in & out.New to this app takes 3 to 5 mins to load ... even when switching between one code to another... so I lose time ... app crashes every time I use it ... update wld now give 0 stars keep track of ur hours cuz care time just boots them out ever few days lost a 7 hr shift a d a 3hr shift this week plus another last week .

2. this app needs a lot of work asap it needs to get fixed or we shouldn't have to be forced to use an app that doesn't workForced to use by agency App is slow to load up, it's clunky to use, it showed other client data which is HIPPA violation, doesn't accurately keep track of hours.

3. What app makes you do that?!?!? That is a program/coding flaw It's not my phone as I run Android 11 on a Samsung Galaxy s20 ultraThis app is horrible.... takes forever to load... constantly have to refresh just to get accurate hours worked... clocks you in twice for the same time sometimes... just terrible... I dread having to clock in and out every time I have to because it's always something!!After every 3 to 5 uses.

4. it doesn't load most of the time when it actually does load like maybe once out of like 10 million times trying to get it to load it takes like 2 hours.

5. Plus my payroll dates are wrong so client can't submit hours so my next check probably be missing a whole week .It has EVERTHING our company needs...4 stars bc we are Louisiana based and they service other states.

6. You always have to put your information into it every time you want to use it because it doesn't save your information.

11. Theres an Area for the finance/billing department to input insurance info ect, you can run reports, print documentation for specific clients ADL care, invoicing ect.

1. Fix CareTime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CareTime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CareTime App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CareTime" » Open CareTime » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CareTime » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CareTime app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CareTime servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CareTime" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CareTime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CareTime might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CareTime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CareTime then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CareTime not working

2. Fix CareTime Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CareTime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CareTime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CareTime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
