1. I logged in & it shows me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING now! 😞 Not sure what has happened, but I hope it's fixed soon! It worked just fine this morning & then I received a message that I had a deposit, so I went to check to make sure it was correct & bam NOTHING is showing up at all..old or new!I did once love the app and the banking until recently whereas I've been using my card without issue.But I had an issue with a few payments saying I didn't have enough money in my account for the transaction and yet the money was taken and not refunded though I'm being told both by merchant and CARD that it has,but never received my funds.Upon trying to dispute these transactions.I've been given the run around and constantly told I got the money back.

2. This is the app for you! It's not like regular prepaid debit cards! It really shows up like a real brick and mortar bank, y'all!!! Love it!!! Thank y'all so very much!they did nothing to help me with fraudulent charge I reported it there were supposed to fax me a paper to fill out they never did and instead I got another one saying that they found nothing wrong when in fact that it was one-hundred-percent not me who made that charge I've also had problems contacting them I've had problems with linking another bank to them connecting another app that needs to see my direct deposits and work pay history and no they can't get in .

3. I say that because they have terrible terrible customer service and don't appreciate their customers at all! From time to time I've needed a little extra money until my next paycheck and I couldn't overdraft at all! Their app was telling me that I was able to overdraft but when I needed to overdraft I couldn't! Their app sucks so bad if I could've given'em zero stars I wouldI don't like that for some reason, it won't let me create the *optional* savings account whenever I have cash in the account.

4. I DO like the fact that you can choose almost anything to have on your card and have multiple cards with different designs...that's pretty cool!Love this app, I can get my balance at all times, and the security is awesome.

5. Absolutely LOVE it! The one n only thing I have an issue is that my card seems to get locked when I make a certain purchase.

6. They send you an email and ask if you made the purchase and tell you to click yes or no and the link never ever lets you click anything so you have to wait till customer service is available.

7. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!I started using this card for a tax refund.

8. I like the way it let's me transfer change from transactions to savings.So far so good! Great banking app! If you're like me and do not trust regular bank accounts.

9. I wish there was a way of communicating with others to help them but there isn't unfortunately😶 IDK I was at the end of filling out, & choosing my card, & there it went.

  3. Clear CARD.com Premium Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CARD.com Premium Banking servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CARD.com Premium Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CARD.com Premium Banking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CARD.com Premium Banking might not work.

So I put in a dispute for the charges Charges made to My account between the dates of 6/1/22 through 7/30/22 other then the deposit of $7581.00 which was my tax return because I was in jail during that time perio, and I after my wallet was stolen around 5/15/22 I ordered a new card which I never received from mail but somehow my account was charged several times without my knowledge or consent

When I’m trying to log into my account via app it says invalid credentials but it gives me the 6 digit code that makes it seem like it worked when I change password same thing keep happening
