1. Slide and tap in activity screen is a little more cumbersome than slide and release (like Gmail uses).Ruby is great except this app, which is a necessary component but terrible in that it takes forever to load which is a big problem when on the go.

2. Also, the texting and notification functions are buggy and when you make calls from the Ruby number it does not track minutes spent on the call which is another problem for lawyers who bill by the hour.Perfect app that I used briefly.

3. Could be more robust.Takes forever to load and it constantly logs you out.I signed up to do this but in the fine print it says it's not for you if you live in the United States, etc.

4. Has a tendency to self-dismiss pop-up alert messages That appear when the app is opened, so they disappear too quickly to be read, and no way I can find to view prior alerts.

5. Very disappointed.I used their service in the past and they answered the phone for me, booked appointments and talked to customers about my particular business.

6. I never used it or took advantage of my original business purposes for payment of the features that I originally planned on using the app for.

7. Double entries, entries that magically change, transcription works sporadically, very slow.

8. Kind of odd that I can't dismiss activity from the home screen but have to switch to Activity.

9. Not what I need when running a business.Its glitchy and not exactly smooth, but it's functional.

1. Fix Ru Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ru: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ru App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ru" » Open Ruby » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ru » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ruby app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ru servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ruby" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ru might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ru then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ru not working

2. Fix Ru Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ru be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ru not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ru may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
