Every major fast food place in the country has an app that you can view the menu and place orders online, especially now with covid19 shutting the inside of restaurants down, so why does KFC, a national chain not have an app??!! Pretty ridiculous imoAfter I filled in all the data required, including my credit card information, and placed my order, I was given the pickup time at our local KFC.
2. Guess I will just monitor my card app and try to stop payment.Great incentives , coupons , and many different wonderful deals for the family!!!App sucks change format I live in United states of America..option wasn't up there to create and account...Not USA app.

4. When I got to the speaker, I told them my name and that I had placed an online order.
5. I had to wait in drive though lane for people ordering there.
6. They didn't have it, nor offer any advice as to how I should get a refund.
7. Will not let me input country of origin.
8. I tried to go back to the KFC website but it wouldn't let me in.
