1. Every major fast food place in the country has an app that you can view the menu and place orders online, especially now with covid19 shutting the inside of restaurants down, so why does KFC, a national chain not have an app??!! Pretty ridiculous imoAfter I filled in all the data required, including my credit card information, and placed my order, I was given the pickup time at our local KFC.

2. Guess I will just monitor my card app and try to stop payment.Great incentives , coupons , and many different wonderful deals for the family!!!App sucks change format I live in United states of America..option wasn't up there to create and account...Not USA app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KFC Community Issues

1. Fix KFC Community Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart KFC Community: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the KFC Community App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KFC Community" » Open KFC Community » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KFC Community » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear KFC Community app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KFC Community servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KFC Community" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check KFC Community app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KFC Community might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KFC Community. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KFC Community then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KFC Community not working
