1. Nice having discounted options but because I have to go through drive thru to request customized order it defeats the part where I park and they bring it to me.Terrible. Order 20 minutes before arrival and people that order after you arrive get their food first.
2. When I have ordered pickup through the app, I arrived at the store to find that no one had even started the order and I would have to wait another 20 minutes for food.
3. App has a very small selection of meals to order and feels behind most other apps in features.Unable to make customized order.
4. I guess this isn't about the app itself... but I figured I'm not the only one this has happened to.Horrible app, Yesterday, I used the app to order more than $43 of chicken, but when I got to the store, it was canceled without any warning.
5. This app just makes the experience worse.App was slow to respond, and made placing an online order a huge hassle.
6. App works for one of the two local locations, any order placed at the second is either rejected or loops and then cancels.
7. I placed an order, the status told me my order was being prepped, then it was being bagged, then finished.
8. The order went through charging my credit card.
9. App doesnt work, it just loops, cancels the order and makes me start over.
10. I asked them to cancel my order and they said they couldn't.
11. App only let's you order one or the other.
