1. Nice having discounted options but because I have to go through drive thru to request customized order it defeats the part where I park and they bring it to me.Terrible. Order 20 minutes before arrival and people that order after you arrive get their food first.

2. When I have ordered pickup through the app, I arrived at the store to find that no one had even started the order and I would have to wait another 20 minutes for food.

3. App has a very small selection of meals to order and feels behind most other apps in features.Unable to make customized order.

4. I guess this isn't about the app itself... but I figured I'm not the only one this has happened to.Horrible app, Yesterday, I used the app to order more than $43 of chicken, but when I got to the store, it was canceled without any warning.

5. This app just makes the experience worse.App was slow to respond, and made placing an online order a huge hassle.

1. Fix KFC US Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KFC US: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

3. Clear KFC US - Ordering App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KFC US servers.
