1. Customer service leaves much to be desired for.A big disappointed .. hard to understand the menu and food always tastes different no matter how many time you ordering from the same restaurant.. always something is missing and discount codes doesn't make sense its Just a way to fool customers .I don't blame my delivery person, but watching that they've been assigned the order and watching them cycle 4+ kilometers away is pretty depressing.

2. So they say it's my fault and no refund! If I didn't pick up my order than how did I reorder at the same restaurant?Fantuan is great for paying $30+ for cold food.

3. I wouldn't mind if the delivery was fast, but the geniuses that deliver the food took a detour through Montreal (I live in the same city as the restaurant) to deliver there first, so by the time I got my food it was cold and soggy.

4. The deliveries used to be fast but my last 3 orders have taken over an hour to be delivered- which means I'm watching my food sit for 30 mins to be picked up by a driver who's farther from the restaurant than I am.

5. Driver was 2 hours late after picking up the order so the food was cold and soggy.

6. Called customer service because, I was charged on my credit card for the 1st order that supposedly didn't go through.

7. Very disappointed in this app, I will not be using it again.I have not used this app to order yet, but it's simply because picture of the foods were obviously NOT true to the restaurant's preparation.
