1. Now, it's been half a month and still, they didn't return my money! Not worthy!KFC are taking advantage while using this application, They can make mistakes without being accountable... plus the application i pay for example 160 SAR for the food and upon arrival the driver states there 20 SAR lift cash du to error in application!!!!!!!Quick, reliable delivery and always deliciousFrom yesterday it's not working, can't open the app tried deleting Tha cache restarting phone all in vainUsing a discount code, when reach to payment, it send me full amount without discount, I did communicate with customer service, and waited for around 30 minutes next the branch I wanna receive my order trying to solve that technical issue, the customer service replies have to wait more, or you go to another restaurant and get ur mealApp Price is higher than store price.

3. While I will continue to use the app, it's certainly not a remotely 5-staDO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE USER INTERFACE IS INACCURATE!!!!! I ordered here in the app and it says that the nearby branch is closed for the day that's why I cancelled my order.

4. 😡The app is a bit weird if you press the three lines on the top then you want to close it by pressing anywhere else it opens whatever you pressed plus you can't see how long the order will take if you close the app and then came back it will be considered like a previous order even though i just ordered, plus the menu doesn't have COOKIES! And you can't choose the size of the fries only the size of the drink.

5. Kfc initially impressed me with their Omni channel customer service, and the app boasted an amazing user experience (UX).

6. However, my positive impression quickly waned when, after placing an order, all that seemed to be thrown out of the window.

7. I received multiple WhatsApp calls from a driver, asking for my location, despite already providing it in the app.
