1. we still have many options for digital banking apps with speedy performance and fairer charge, so you better be on the mend.They blocked my card TWICE when i use it for paypal!, they will block your card if you use it to pay something without 3d secure! even paypal! and they just say there's suspicious activity without further explanation, and demand IDR 50K for DIGITAL card replacement!First time using the application but what I can say is Jenius is mobile banking application that is simple to use.

9. I called the call center, but they just claim that they already inform the customer through the app on 2021.

10. And the call center can not give me the solution, and keep claim that they are inform us from the app.

11. It took ages to finish up one payment only.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Jenius Issues

1. Fix Jenius Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Jenius: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jenius » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Jenius app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jenius servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jenius" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Jenius app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jenius might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Jenius. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jenius then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jenius not working


2. Fix Jenius Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jenius be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jenius not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jenius may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, Jenius admin. Hari ini ada transaksi dari akun saya tengan Transaction ID 202404130001GTWO163091 dari Quizizz Inc. Saya tidak tahu itu transaksi apa dan nominalnya cukup banyak. Berikut nomor rekening saya 90010264608 dan nomor kartu saya 4661601031322768. Mohon bantuannya. Terima kasih
