1. NOTE: Thermometer can measure and display the ambient temperature in which your device is, however very few devices have dedicated ambient temperature sensor so on most devices the measured and displayed temperature is the temperature of the device's internal electronics or battery and this is the same to the actual ambient temperature only if the device was long time on stand-by so the only correct way to know the actual ambient temperature is to start this app right after you wake your device that has been sitting on standby for at least an hour.
2. Thermometer app measures the ambient room temperature or outside temperature acquired by your local meteorological station*.
3. If features real vintage thermometer look with analog and digital readout, Celsius and Fahrenheit scale and Indoor / Outdoor option.
4. It also has an animated weather background option showing the current weather conditions outside.
5. This limitation is not app's fault and by using this method you can measure the actual ambient room temperature to an accuracy of a degree. *Outdoor temperature and weather information is provided by the Meteorologisk institutt of Norway NRK weather web service accessible at YR.
1. I like to see simultaneously the inside and the outside temperature but the only option to do so is the digital version which is ugly... If you would change the digital design or the app layout I would gladly pay for this app to remove the adds (for which, the option is also missing).The app is easy to use and also does not show much adds.
2. The ONLY app on the market that I found doing it's job as supposed to! Showing inside and outside temperatures accurately (you must have a dedicated ambient temperature sensor on your device for this to work properly, otherwise the measurement is taken from the CPU/battery which is less accurate).
3. You are better off with the built in weather service on most smart phones.This is such a useless app It does not show any difference in outdoor and indoor temperature.
4. Apparently this app needs my location, why? Probably to check the average temp of the area? Of course it wouldn't want to gather information about me... would it? ;]Seems to be quite good.
5. I was using my Airconditioner at 20°C and outdoor temperature was 38°C, still it was showing 36°C inside and 38°C oudoor temperature.
6. I tried a few thermometer apps recommended by various app-rating websites on Google but none of them were anywhere near as good as this one; in functionality, looks, & ease of use.
7. The ambient temperature sensor is accurate and the outside local temp also in +-1°C.
8. If you want to see Your Battery Temp just Search Up "Battery Temperature".
9. Almost all time span in a day it shows same results and no temperature difference.
10. It does shows the difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures.
11. My old Nokia 3310 had a thermometer linked to the phones temp sensors.
