1. This has happened several times and it's getting mighty tiresome, as are the constant crashes.Miles better than the old app and the times are more accurate now, but still could use some improvements... The ticket history feature isn't very accurate and it would be nice to be able to search specific stops and see the live board of times without having to scroll across the map manually.
2. This one takes a lot of mucking around to book and find your ticket feels like your trying to put too much in the app when all I need is an e ticket.Ditto to all of the other reviews; it is a real step backwards in terms of information and regular crashes.
3. The journey map feature is woefully inadequate and doesn't allow you to plan journeys in advance, which I would have thought was the point.
4. All I want to do is find out the times from a stop - previously I could get this by using a dropdown box of the route and stops but now I have to try and find the departure point on the map which is nigh on impossible.
5. Often it gives different times if you use the map and select a stop, as compared to the journey planner.
6. At times like this I have no idea why I botherThe ticket looks like a child's game and is difficult to read.
7. I'd prefer the map to centre on my location when I open it, instead it centres on the one stop shop so I have to fiddle about finding where I am to see where my bus is.
8. Was forced to reinstall the app, then when I had to reset my password the app wouldn't allow me to input the last digit of the reset code I was sent.
9. Bad communication, no response from customer service when I contacted them, as requested, about moving my ticket.
10. This is progress!!It's totally unreliable for live times and doesn't match reality or the live boards.
11. Fourth it crashes all the time and I have a sneaky suspicion it makes my phone slow too.
