Why should I report an Issue with BoxofMovies - Movies & TV Shows?

1. Anybody that put "great app" or something similar is clearly a bot or fake account.This app is poorly made, you can't even search any, it does have any genre to choose from, basically you have to keep scrolling to find what you need if it's there or not and when u do it take u straight to a trailer it doesn't even play the movie thing..... IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTED OF MY TIME.Just downloaded it and there is no option to do anything except read about the movie.

Just trailers for moviesThe set up it just dumb...there are no genres and no type box- in order to watch something u have to keep scrolling and hope that its there, which makes no sense at all...the app has a lot of potential its just built lazyThis app is really bad I'm honestly disappointed and also it doesn't have a search icon neither does it have genres,and you also can watch any movie on the app it's taking me YouTube.

Strongly suggest you guys fix the issue.I just downloaded this and It's great but the problem is that you cants search any movies so that was really annoying when I was looking for a movie It took me 2 and a half hours and I only found part 1 if u could fix this I would appreciate it !The movie trailers are clear, and there are not too many ads.

4. However this is a app for movie trailers, and to keep track of movies you want to watch.

5. I haven't even tried opening a movie yet but just that you can't search doesn't make a big impression on meThis is definitely a five-star app if it's the same one I had ... Nope! Definitely not the same one I had that was "invite only".

6. You can't watch any movies, you can't even search for any movies other people have written before me.

7. Right at the top the only options you have to choose from are "popular, top rated and favorites" and right at the top it says "box of movies".

8. The only issue I've had with the app is that some of the movies have poor picture quality.

9. There's no tab where you can actually search for a movie or TV series.

10. Its more of an app that has reviews and clips of movies that came out.

1. Fix BoxofMovies Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BoxofMovies: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BoxofMovies App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BoxofMovies" » Open BoxofMovies - Movies & TV Shows » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BoxofMovies » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BoxofMovies - Movies & TV Shows app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BoxofMovies servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BoxofMovies - Movies & TV Shows" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BoxofMovies app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BoxofMovies might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BoxofMovies. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BoxofMovies then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BoxofMovies not working

2. Fix BoxofMovies Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BoxofMovies be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BoxofMovies not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BoxofMovies may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
