Why should I report an Issue with BOSS Revolution: Calling App?

1. Even if you don't use the apps, you lose money, and the customer representative just tells you, "we had an issue." Boss Revolution charged me twice $10 without doing any transactions on June 2nd, 2023, when I called them, they said they had an issue with the system on June 1st, 2023, this is how it did happen.

2. They have almost the same icon and almost the same name, but the feature to transfer money in this app is broken! I spent 3 hours today with customer service trying to figure out what was wrong, and in the end it was because I was using the wrong app 🤦 Please figure out your branding.

5. I recharged the £9.99 for unlimited plan to call Nigeria and discovered I couldn't make calls only for your Rep to tell me its for landlines.

6. They don't do any refunds, which means customers have to pay for technical issue.If you want to make money transfers, this is not the correct app.

7. You'll be the next.They steal customers' money from their credit card, and they refuse to refund.

8. I consider it deceptive and highly unrecommendable because of your vague terms!Was great but not anymore The app started having problems post update I should believe.

1. Fix BOSS Revolution Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BOSS Revolution: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BOSS Revolution App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BOSS Revolution" » Open BOSS Revolution: Calling App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BOSS Revolution » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BOSS Revolution: Calling App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BOSS Revolution servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BOSS Revolution: Calling App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BOSS Revolution app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BOSS Revolution might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BOSS Revolution. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BOSS Revolution then reinstall.
