Good response from Bomgar and I'm working again.There is an issue with the single click on the mobile app for all of our users, they are reporting to me that they are facing problems with the single click and it's difficult to use, please fix ASAP.Speed is good.. Pls change right click to 1 finger long press to operate 1 hand operation.. Also pls add shift button on bottom as i couldn't find shift button on phone keyboard.Not sure if its a Duo or android issue, but multiple logins with no jump items on list.

2. It seems like they poured their heart and soul into the service which even has an amazing app on linux but they left the android version out to drySince we updated our appliance unable to login through the App.

3. This app needs a lot of improvements.it used to work fine but now i have ti double click on my phone screen for anything to work.

4. Now my phone will not close sessions properly and ends up leaving the app in a state where it thinks i am still connected and leaves the screen awake and i have to force close app to get out of it.Its just meh.

5. Minimum 3 times i need to force stop app b4 login happens.Works okay but has zero support for mouse input using an actual mouse.

6. Not sure what happen but Application started working finally andni didnt see an update.Cannot use anymore.

7. No terminal access, no file access, hold and drag doesn't work, ect.

8. First, because I do not get notifications of chat sessions coming in -- no matter what I change in the settings, no sound is given for new sessions.

9. Did system update for Android, security update 7 and now Bomgar just crashes.

1. Fix BeyondTrust Rep Console Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BeyondTrust Rep Console: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BeyondTrust Rep Console App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BeyondTrust Rep Console" » Open BeyondTrust Rep Console » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BeyondTrust Rep Console » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BeyondTrust Rep Console app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BeyondTrust Rep Console servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BeyondTrust Rep Console" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BeyondTrust Rep Console app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BeyondTrust Rep Console might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BeyondTrust Rep Console. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BeyondTrust Rep Console then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BeyondTrust Rep Console not working

2. Fix BeyondTrust Rep Console Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BeyondTrust Rep Console be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BeyondTrust Rep Console not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
