1. Terrible: Sets pickup time when you start the order but doesn't tell you what it is until you finish.

2. Won't allow you to keep items in the cart for a few minutes....times out, because it conflicts with the pick-up time and says there is an error and to clear cart.

3. A few minutes later, when I went to review my order, I was informed by the app that it was too close to closing time to order.

4. There was no way to review the order or see which items were not available.

5. When you tap on it, it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.The app takes longer to submit my order to the store than it takes for me to just drive there and do it myself defeating the whole purpose of ordering so it will be ready when I get there.

6. If we want carryout, we have to call, adding to the work and stress of an overworked restaurant staff.Good: Navigating menu and choosing options works great.

7. The only option is credit card, so we can't even place an order on the app and use a gift card when we pick it up.
