1. As well as freshly prepared items such as lettuce, onions, tomatoes & so much more for you to build your burger your way.I have ALWAYS had trouble trying to sign in and use this useless app! I just reset my password AGAIN and it still says I don't exist!!!! At least my other food apps work! Guess I will take my money there so I can at least earn loyalty rewards through them!I have a registered account and I get emails from Cheeseburger Bobby's on my registered email but when I try to login on the app with that email it says "no registered guest".

2. Login using Facebook does not function properly, standard login process does not flow to checkout as nothing is remembered from full previous entry.

3. Order, find a location, reward balance, recent purchase, refer a friend & account all at a touch of a button.

4. Lastly the complete order button has no feedback or does not work at all.

5. Immediate uninstall of app recommended.App selected the wrong store, and we placed a $50 order for a store 45 miles away.

6. During ordering process, the menu selection process is clunky and does not lead itself to easy use.

7. After order selection is complete, the app requires you log in again dispite having logged in previously.

8. I love that Cheeseburger Bobby's cuts the fries fresh on site & cooks them for you.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cheeseburger Bob Issues

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cheeseburger Bobby's Loyalty" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cheeseburger Bob app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cheeseburger Bob might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cheeseburger Bob. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cheeseburger Bob then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cheeseburger Bob not working
