1. When I do finally take time to log in for the 7th or 8th time of the day to connect to the premium service I've paid for, my prayer times (especially frustrating during suhoor) , settings, and saved items are all gone, in spite of selecting restore previous data.
2. The app is good for basic things like prayer times etc it just has some issues here and there that make it a little annoying.I like the app, very helpful but I remember having difficulty with the app first, I had paid the annual fee but app wasn't working properly and thought maybe it didn't take my annual payment and purchased another plan.. I was charged twice and I can use the app now but for the amount I paid it's a lot only to not have premium.
3. For some reason my fasting tracker just gets randomly erased and I have to re enter the data and I'm unable to retrieve it from previous years.
4. I tried getting refund for at least one but I'm having a hard time seeing where I can start that process.QALBOX SIGNING IN AND PLAYER PROBLEMS.
5. Still, my tracking data is gone and every time I add to the tracker, it gets cleared within a few days.
6. Having a hard time understanding why my wife and I have different Athan times, and our settings are identical and location is the same.
7. Afraid to get premium with existing unaddressed issues.UPDATE: the restore button doesn't do anything.
8. As you've revoked my premium account to display random ads as a subscription cash grab and force streaming content I don't want, I'll just look for a replacement.
9. Signing in problem and more... The day I sign up for qalbox features an app shows error 8.
10. Anytime you hit play it shows you dont have paid qalbox.
11. 😤I paid for premium to eliminate ads and support the developers.

I hope this text rmessage reaches you in good faith.
Anyway, I had a payment of £24.99 deducted from my bank account to go towards a subscription fee in regards to your musim pro app .
The tab for choosing this premium payment subscription which gives more features was accidently pressed by my 6 year old daughter while she was on the app.
In result, as this was not opted from me and done by mistake of a minor child, please can you reimburse this payment of £24.99 as aforementioned as soon as possible from the account it was initially deducted from.

i have paid money for premium version update but it shows (500 error ) and the app shows it was failed.
but my money was debited not yet refunded
Salam. I have paid the premium version of Muslim pro before. I am trying to retrive it on my current phone and i keep receiving a message that i am already using it with anither email or phone. I have only one apple ID.
What should I do to enjoy my premium version please. This ia urgent as the reason I paid premium is to stop getting disturbed by ads. Please help me urgently.
