1. The email address for developers does not work.have a S8, app crashes everytime I set a location, means I can't search locally for bikes, makes it unusable for mereally had app design and functionality.

2. Constant errors when searching locations, does not save information and ultimately after using for some time, does not recognise my email account.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BikeExchange Issues

1. Fix BikeExchange Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BikeExchange: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BikeExchange" » Open BikeExchange » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BikeExchange » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BikeExchange app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BikeExchange servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BikeExchange" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BikeExchange app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BikeExchange might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BikeExchange. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BikeExchange then reinstall.
