1. The old app was much less cluttered and easier to use.After initially leaving a bad review because i was having trouble logging in i was contacted by the bank where ive been a customer for over 30 years and connected with a very helpful young lady who walked my old self through the process.

2. This one takes forever to load, and you don't see your transactions until 2 days after.This new design is awful!! I hate not having all my account balances right on the homescreen, I don't want to have to swipe through them or click "view all" to go to another screen to see this info.

5. And now I've even experienced it showing me out of date balances claiming it's current.I use my fingerprint to sign in and it randomly said to reset my password.

6. The girl I spoke to said that it's showing I'm using invalid credentials, it's probably just a glitch and if i remove the fingerprint option it should work fine.

7. a major turn off though is that when I open the app, it tells me there is a newer version and makes me go to the play store to open the version I have of my phone.

8. After a week it completely locked me out and I had to contact the bank to get back into my account.

9. About half the time it doesn't sync to your account and show updated status.

10. Thank you again for your help, now i dont have to call every time to check my ballance, and i can see everything like debits quickly and easily.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sync Issues

1. Fix Sync Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sync: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sync App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sync" » Open Sync Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sync » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sync Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sync servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sync Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sync app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sync might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sync. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sync then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sync not working


2. Fix Sync Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sync be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sync not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sync may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
