1. After 2 hours could finally book one, went shopping, then couldn't unlock secondary lock, left bike..The main problem with the app is that it shows the number of bikes that are physically available, but it should show the number of bikes ready for service.
2. Review updated!The app does not show an accurate number of usable electric bikes.
3. Do you get less time with the app? EDIT 8.6. absolute garbage! App is completely useless, doesn't tell you hiw many electric bikes a station has and hiw many are non-electric.
4. Most of the times the available bikes shown in app are not ready for service.Yesterday (10th September) the app worked, but today it crashes over and over again when opening the app.
5. I've been walking for long distances just to discover no bikes in the station.Did not work (white screen) on OnePlus 7T at the beginning.
6. We had to ride heavy turned off electric bikes uphill back to the recevieng station.
7. Tried several bikes at 2 stations, even though the app showed bikes available and bikes were parked, the app said they were all in use, when trying to book one.
8. Sometimes the servers are slow and the data loading hangs a lot.I want to bind my bus card (without membership) to my account which has an active credit card, so I wouldn't have to use my phone to unlock the bike.
9. Also the stations show bikes docked but there are none.
10. Latest issue now is that the app claims that all bikes are already in use.
11. We rented two bikes.
