1. They also had consistent issues with their website so I wasnt even able to log into my acct to see the details of my move.Great concept when it comes to the type of service they provide but very poorly designed.
2. But, they have to make profit somewhere.Crashes so often it's not even funny I have no idea how I'm going to complete setup with this super inconsistent app, and some steps of verification is stuck on loading, I Uninstaller reinstalled, exited, tried everything it it's still brokenTons of bugs.
3. However, movers at real moving companies get paid by weight which I'm sure in majority of cases would be more money than any hourly pay a third party would offer such as this app and others.
4. Plus it's show jobs outside of your availability, the wait time in between jobs is unrealistic, and if your new recruit the time you wait for your first two jobs is longer than you want to wait.
5. Not only did some of the movers I hired show up late, but Bellhop double charged me after I had already called customer service to reconcile the bill.
6. I had to provide my email and it said it would send me an authorization code so I could create a password, but it never sent me anything, despite my trying multiple times and trying multiple different email addresses.
7. Things like payroll, tips, customer review, updates, poor customer support and gas compensation.

9. I had a job with bellhops on March 2020 and even the customer told me she had an issue with customer support being rude and non supportive.
