1. ****THIS VERSION OF THE BEDJET SMART REMOTE APP HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW RELEASE.

1. It doesn't affect the performance, just an annoyance to clear the promt every night.Editing a sleep sequence is a hassle and the BT connection drops all the time.

2. When another company makes the same thing but with decent bluetooth it's going to sell like crazy.Horrible app, be prepared to try to link up 5-6 times before the app finally connects and doesn't immediately freeze solid.

3. I somehow manage to get into the controls screen and was able to use it for 1 second at a time before it kicks me out.I've had the bedjet for about 3 years and it's awesome.

4. How am I supposed to wake myself up with this thing if all I can do is tell it when to turn off? Going to bed at the exact same time every night is not realistic.

5. The bedjet randomly disconnects, even when I'm in the middle of doing something, which kicks you back to the device selection menu.

6. No indication if the wifi connection test is done, just sits at "restarting Bedjet".

7. My biggest problem is just setting a time for sleep stages to end, it's grayed out for all but the very last one.

8. Even when you're changing settings that don't need immediate communication to the device, losing signal will make you start from scratch.

9. I finally manage to connect and update it (remote confirms it), then the app tells me it hasn't.

10. The remote itself works fine but I only have the Bedjet 2 so the remote is pretty limited.

1. Fix BedJet App (OLD) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BedJet App (OLD): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BedJet App (OLD) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BedJet App (OLD)" » Open BedJet App (OLD) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BedJet App (OLD) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BedJet App (OLD) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BedJet App (OLD) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BedJet App (OLD)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BedJet App (OLD) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BedJet App (OLD) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BedJet App (OLD). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BedJet App (OLD) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BedJet App (OLD) not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BedJet App (OLD) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BedJet App (OLD) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BedJet App (OLD) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
