1. It doesn't affect the performance, just an annoyance to clear the promt every night.Editing a sleep sequence is a hassle and the BT connection drops all the time.

2. When another company makes the same thing but with decent bluetooth it's going to sell like crazy.Horrible app, be prepared to try to link up 5-6 times before the app finally connects and doesn't immediately freeze solid.

3. I somehow manage to get into the controls screen and was able to use it for 1 second at a time before it kicks me out.I've had the bedjet for about 3 years and it's awesome.

4. How am I supposed to wake myself up with this thing if all I can do is tell it when to turn off? Going to bed at the exact same time every night is not realistic.

5. The bedjet randomly disconnects, even when I'm in the middle of doing something, which kicks you back to the device selection menu.

6. No indication if the wifi connection test is done, just sits at "restarting Bedjet".

7. My biggest problem is just setting a time for sleep stages to end, it's grayed out for all but the very last one.

8. Even when you're changing settings that don't need immediate communication to the device, losing signal will make you start from scratch.

9. I finally manage to connect and update it (remote confirms it), then the app tells me it hasn't.

10. The remote itself works fine but I only have the Bedjet 2 so the remote is pretty limited.

11. I need help!! These units are not cheap and I expect more.. .The communication between the app and the device is truly terrible.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BedJet App (OLD) Issues

1. Fix BedJet App (OLD) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BedJet App (OLD): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  4. Check BedJet App (OLD) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BedJet App (OLD) might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BedJet App (OLD). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BedJet App (OLD) then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BedJet App (OLD) not working
