1. I've emailed them about it several times, one time I got a response literally weeks later, and they completely denied it being an issue (ummm... Read the other reviews here.) But today, on an Android, completely unable to even *attempt* to log in, as the "open with" dialogue pops up endlessly.

2. picking right recaptcha image > login > we couldnt verify blah blah.. neverending loop but when i try via gmail app inbox or web i can logged in successfully.

3. does the developer care about this app any longer? switching to web now as the group i'm with uses basecamp2I use it for all of my scheduling, but have issues entering a time and date on events.

4. No end to it, and will not allow me to log in.Unable to login with correct username and password in a single attempt becuase of reCapcha.

5. I have a Galaxy 9+.what is wrong with this recaptcha thing????? i cant login even if im using the right email and password.

6. Its sad to be forced to a laptop.When I try to log in and it presents the images for verification, it just repeats images over and over indefinitely, even though I select the correct images.

8. This application was working fine, but now as I updated it started asking for Captch to login.

1. Fix Basecamp 2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Basecamp 2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Basecamp 2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Basecamp 2" » Open Basecamp 2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Basecamp 2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Basecamp 2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Basecamp 2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Basecamp 2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Basecamp 2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Basecamp 2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Basecamp 2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Basecamp 2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Basecamp 2 not working

2. Fix Basecamp 2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Basecamp 2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Basecamp 2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Basecamp 2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
