Mi Dash Cam Customer Insights

1. Basically useless app and useless device.you download the app after I have registered using the app and then I create a wifi hotspot and advises me the camera and wifi is connected but the app keeps telling me "Not Connected" what a waste of time/money.This app has too much bugs, every time i try to connect the dash cam to the phone through the wifi, it does nothing.App doesn't work.

2. App doesn't work! After confirmation of WiFi hotspot connection the app cannot"see" the connection, still doesn't work with location turned on and even with an account set up, totally useless if you cannot connect to check your positioning of the camera, and to download any of the videos by Wi-Fi.I cannot get this app to work.

3. On the same screen it says that I AM connected to it! Requiring a phone app, account, username, and password just to use a simple camera in your car is ludicrous!I wanted to check the app before buying the dash camera.

4. It is even more disappointing that I have a xiaomi phone...On the very same screen it says not connected and connected to the freaking dash cam.

5. Then tap top right to "general settings" then "more settings" last option will ask you to "add home screen shortcut" that will add dedicated Dash Cam button! This app here is obsolete.Does not see connection.

6. I connect to the dashcam over WiFi and it says that I am not connected.

7. App says phone is not connected to hotspot.

8. It says "Not connect to dash cam" with active connection to it.

9. App has not been updated in years and does not work with 70mai Dash Can Lite.

10. Camera wifi hotspot is on.

11. You go to "add device" then "car devices" then add the camera and follow prompts.
