1. Sometimes the app can run a bit sluggish when trying to navigate while recording (however this may be my fault as i use my phone for music so spotify is always on and connected to the car) Charging while recording will often send my battery temp to 50°c and bring up a warning (This is a hard one to fix as it is just the phone struggling) The speed does not update often enough there is usually and 2 or 3 second delay which can be a little bit annoying (but not really a big deal) Other than that it's a great app and one I will be using from now on :) Keep up the good workFirst impression? Very good app! I will be testing it tomorrow and if everything is all right I will buy it.

I must say that I was trying this app for a friend and was not paying attention to monthly cost and the trial time didn't matter at the time until I realized I could be billed for this and I already have a dashcam in my car! So I really didn't mean to give it a 1 star my mistake! The app is a good program for those who need some protection while driving to avoid insurance cost, this is a great feature.

3. Does it not record in background when phone display off? running on s9+ with one ui.So far after a test drive very happy with the results, it actually records in 4k unlike other dash am apps which claim they do then save a 480p video.

4. Without the ability to save the videos somewhere else I just can't give 5 stars.I think this is a great app! The only thing that would make it better in my opinion is if the temperature displayed was able to be changed to farenheit.Needs to be able to use front and rear camera on phones.

5. I wish they add two more things: 1) make an auto start as the car moves to a specific speed, 2) show the live Google map where I can see the trafficOnce I can offload my videos to Google Drive automatically this will definitely deserve 5 stars.

6. But note; I have a Samsung Note 9 and the programs works great! I've been reading a lot of post and found a lot of reviews don't mention the type of phone they have which could make a big difference.

7. One thing that is missing for me that I can't mark current video as important from recording level and prevent it from deleting/rerecorded.

8. By default settings, all new videos should be marked as not important to not bother the user by maintaining.I wrote a early review which was about my personal dashcam in my car.

9. Sometimes when it is recording it will give the speed in KPH althought I set it to MPH, when you watch the video back it gives the speed in MPH so no real issue just seems like a small bug.

1. Fix Car Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Car Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Car Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Car Camera" » Open Car Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Car Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Car Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Car Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Car Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Car Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Car Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Car Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Car Camera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Car Camera not working

2. Fix Car Camera Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Car Camera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Car Camera not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Car Camera may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
