What's wrong with altbalaji?🙃🤷Hey guys if you are thinking to purchase subscription of this app just because it's cheap don't try to buy it ,this app is totally like a scam they are just robbers they debited my money I was trying to take 2 months subscription but the money got debited and after long time it shows transaction failed , and no refund was given its contact support is so bad that you can't talk to them without screenshot and after payment it didn't not show you anything that u can take screenshot so be awareThis app cheats ...they asks for the subscription..once the payment is done ..it doesn't work man....the shows are not showing... again asking for subscription....and what should I do now ...I lost the money man ..... 1. Fix ALTT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ALTT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ALTT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ALTT" » Open ALTT : Web Series & More » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ALTT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ALTT : Web Series & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ALTT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ALTT : Web Series & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ALTT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ALTT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ALTT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ALTT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ALTT not working

2. Fix ALTT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ALTT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ALTT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ALTT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
