Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WebLink Issues
1. Fix WebLink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart WebLink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the WebLink App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WebLink" » Open WebLink for FIAT » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WebLink » click "UPDATE".
- Clear WebLink for FIAT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WebLink servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WebLink for FIAT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check WebLink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WebLink might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall WebLink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WebLink then reinstall.
