1. How can I edit cards? The help says it is possible to edit cards in the app and that you don't need to go to the web version - but I can't find it anywhere - and the "Help" doesn't tell me "how" to edit a card.Beautiful, intuitive app and has NONE of the toxic Anki bs with an oldass interface! This is exactly what I needed, would 100% recommend.

2. Attempted to contact the Developers for troubleshooting help & haven't heard from them in a month.... I like the functionality but don't want to lose all of my work.Doesn't sync even if you pay for the unlimited version.

3. However, Android app has said it is "offline" for weeks now... Not only do usage statistics not sync, you cannot download anki decks that are not already on the phone.Probably the Swiss knife of flashcards: it has almost everything a person would need flashcards for.

4. When correcting words, sometimes it's possible to click in between letters, sometimes it doesn't let you and marks the whole word so thay you additionally have to navigate to the position where you need to change smth.

5. All versions need to be manually synced on a regular basis which is surprising given the low volume of data shared across platforms.

6. Recently it started to constantly refresh (?), of course all that I've been typing onto a card, gets lost.

7. Problems seem limited to android version as I am not experiencing them (as often) on Win10 and ios versions.

8. I think the only minor nitpick about it is that the theme I would use gets switched back to the default white and blue when I change it to the dark mode scheme.

1. Fix AnkiApp Flashcards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AnkiApp Flashcards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AnkiApp Flashcards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AnkiApp Flashcards" » Open AnkiApp Flashcards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AnkiApp Flashcards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AnkiApp Flashcards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AnkiApp Flashcards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AnkiApp Flashcards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AnkiApp Flashcards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AnkiApp Flashcards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AnkiApp Flashcards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AnkiApp Flashcards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AnkiApp Flashcards not working

2. Fix AnkiApp Flashcards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AnkiApp Flashcards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AnkiApp Flashcards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AnkiApp Flashcards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
