They also have a rude live agents.I am really happy with this application that I had use from long time ago and for the past two months he updated is not really good they took commission from both of country this is really not good me I changed my mind to used another application cheaper andeven I couldn't found the promo code or using before.Generally the app works well ive been usong it for years however i'm frustrated at the moment because im unable to add new card i've removed thr old card and is unable to add the new one no prompt.Very very slow app, for every step it buffers a lot, buffer for long time, waste lots of time, impressed or gave me a feeling that it's a unsafe appVery useful especially I travel in different countries and it spend me less than buying new simcard.

Looking forward for a great app.When I use this app on my Android it gives me this error "Sorry we are having some difficulty with your processing top up" but when I use my pc it's fine.My last 2 Transaction failed but it deducted in my account, and the team didn't give me a refund, i followed up time to time almost 2 weeks and until now they didn't give me a refundNot recommended.

  4. Check Ding Top-up app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ding Top-up might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ding Top-up. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ding Top-up then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ding Top-up not working
