1. Also, going 'back' after reading an article takes you back the main search page instead of continuing your selected filter search, filters are lost and have to start over each time.

3. My only ding on the app is that some stories open in a browser for some reason.Every time I try to do a search, I get the following message: Unfortunately, WTOP has stopped.

4. I can't open the app because the Facebook login page automatically pops up and when I go to click comfirm or try to X out the pop-up, it just keeps popping back up with the facenlbook login page.

5. If I decide to close and reopen the app myself to re-enter code, it logs me out, so I have to log in again.... only to see that the code had been accepted the first time.Look at my review for the Good Podcasts App.

1. Fix WTOP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WTOP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WTOP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WTOP" » Open WTOP - Washington’s Top News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WTOP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WTOP - Washington’s Top News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WTOP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WTOP - Washington’s Top News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WTOP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WTOP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WTOP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WTOP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WTOP not working

2. Fix WTOP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WTOP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WTOP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WTOP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
