1. It ashamed because I like the people (real people) in the stores and I like their furniture, but if I can't get a real person online for your app I won't shop thereWhen I click Menu in the bottom right corner, and when I click on an item, the app closes.
2. No pinch-to-zoom what's up with that?App has a bug so I can't pay my bill and you only get robots online that doesn't understand "Your Mobile App keeps crashing!!!" So since I can't get a real person I will never shop at Ashley's again.
