1. It ashamed because I like the people (real people) in the stores and I like their furniture, but if I can't get a real person online for your app I won't shop thereWhen I click Menu in the bottom right corner, and when I click on an item, the app closes.

2. No pinch-to-zoom what's up with that?App has a bug so I can't pay my bill and you only get robots online that doesn't understand "Your Mobile App keeps crashing!!!" So since I can't get a real person I will never shop at Ashley's again.

3. Since the update I click on an item and the app closes out.

4. It forces me to put in my zip code to find my nearest store then go through sales pages or advertisements before I can get to the bill pay.

5. Please fix.Literally unusable because of the stupid popup box telling you to press and hold to verify you're a human being constantly poppong up even after completing the task.The app is clunky and hard to navigate.

7. Still better than the store.I like the app in general, but not that I have to go through several pages just to pay my bill each time, which is why I downloaded it.

1. Fix Ashley Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ashley: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ashley App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ashley" » Open Ashley » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ashley » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ashley app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ashley servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ashley" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ashley app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ashley might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ashley. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ashley then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ashley not working

2. Fix Ashley Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ashley be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ashley not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ashley may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
