1. Keep up the great work..This use to be the best stereo music player on my vivo y11, now it's often crash after just few second, why? Need to upgrade new phone again?This app crash everytime I try to play a song.. not usable at all.I should not waste my time installating this.. this doesn't play even 5 minutes continuously it stops.Seriously dont dwnld it not a single song was played by the player.

1. Fix Stereo Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stereo Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stereo Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stereo Player" » Open Stereo Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stereo Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stereo Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stereo Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stereo Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stereo Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stereo Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stereo Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stereo Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stereo Player not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stereo Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
